My procedure was to be required in 2 years and the PA said that she would waive my copay. Instead, I received a bill 3 months later and lost several hours being dragged around to various numbers. In the end, they conveniently forgot about their statement.
Be aware! My son had been seeing by the doctor for hemorrhoids, made it worse that he's wearing dipper since non-stop bleeding. He's suffering from pain and bleeding until he gets surgery which was supposed to be referred at the first place because he was bleeding for year due to hemorrhoids. The PA ordered the colonoscopy and banding the hemorrhoid without even checking his condition on the first date. I met Dr Dennis Riff I think in 2019.Excellent Gastroenterologist .Great common sense and sense of humor. I needed an expensive medicine called Rifaximin to help which other gastro doc from Los Alamitos hesitated even when I insisted. Dr Riff right away prescribed it as It is the gold standard medicine for the condition called SIBO I was going through plus ordered capsule Endoscopy making sure intestines were ok.And his treatment worked.I highly recommend him for any gastro issues.Thanks Dr Riff.
