Do not attempt to make certain requests for your healthcare, or reschedule appointments at this practice. Expect to be treated like a number. Your requests will be ignored and you will spend money on procedures that dont work. If you come over from another practice and request a certain thing that has always worked for you be done, they will give no regard. Dr Sun specifically is the worst. After waiting a month for test results i attempted to reach out to the office after not hearing anything but receiving an additional bill. I had to leave Multiple message because there staff won’t answer. After finally receiving a return call they told me I would have to wait another month for a follow up appointment to go over results. I told them I was suffering and was hoping not to have to wait that long the lady’s response was “you’ll be fine” I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional office in my life!
