This place is absolutely terrible. Reception is worthless, communication is in the negative numbers. Don't bother going here.
Needed a routine procedure for another surgery I have coming up. They got me in within a month, no problems. Mailed me the paper work with clear directions of procedure and do& don'ts of said procedure. Procedure came back with some concerns and they had me follow up in office within the week of the phone call. Everyone I have come into contact with have been extremely professional and friendly. I will be continuing to follow up with them
I absolutley LOVE this office. Every staff member was nice and curtious. If you ever need that small home office feeling, go to this practice!!
My last name has changed since creating google account so it’s Hina. The OFFICE/RECEPTION area is HORRIBLE!!! They are very rude and unprofessional. I’m in there every 8 weeks for an infusion and to deal with them is stressful enough for anyone. When you call the name of practice and Drs along with PAs are said. So when the phone gets answered it’s “Drs office”. Umm do they have a name? NEVER Do they have a pleasant tone/mannerism? Hardly ever.
