As a potential new patient, this is by far the worst customer service I have received from a receptionist over the phone. I broke a bone in my foot over the weekend and called today to see if there were any last minute availabilities to see a specialist. At the ER they recommended I do so, and I was just following instructions. I am not naive in understanding that it is difficult to get a last minute appointment, but better to call and ask than to sit around with a broken foot. I give 1 star instead of 0 stars because Dr Nicely is friendly and does a decent job. The office staff on the other hand is rude and condescending. They have zero customer service skills and forget that they are in the healthcare industry and need to treat the patient and their family with respect.
Rude office worker, and I confronted her rudeness today. She asks questions and is rude if the response is not immediate. So don't use this Dr if you have other options.
Nicely is AWESOME
The dr is very friendly, however the front desk is not.
