Dr. Poulin is great. My appointment was smooth and I was thrilled to finally get an updated eye prescription after waiting 3 years till I finally had insurance and the money to pay for new glasses. However, that being said, the man selling glasses needs a serious attitude adjustment. It does not cost a thing to simply be kind to people and frankly, it's just a good business model. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but anytime i sit in a lobby for 40 minutes without an explanation, I get a little peaved. Doctor was great but that wait was too much.
Dr. Vincent was my eye doc long ago, and Dr. Poulin has been my eye doc since. Dr. Poulin focuses on the patient and conscientiously checks for any issues. He's taken great care of me & my very nearsighted eyes for decades. He's also dealt with the occasional problem flawlessly.
