I have had Diabetic Retinopathy foe 30+ years and Dr. Bertolucci inherited my case from Dr. Green in 2019. Dr. Bertoluccu takes her time and is very thorough in her exam and in explaining options. In addition Dr. Landolfi provided me with great care through 2 cateract surgeries. The office staff in Pompton Lakes and Clifton are helpful and professional. I also love the attentive service from Nick when we get our eyewear.
Sometimes I wish Google would allow 0 stars, because this is the kind of instance where I don’t think they even deserve 1 star. Not only did they waste 6+months of my time and money, and then after back and forth appointments they told me that I couldn’t do something that was medically necessary and insurance wouldn’t allow it. I highly recommend Dr. McCoy, especially for older patients, including those experiencing cognitive decline. She is patient, attentive, and skilled, and brings a calm supportive presence to the visit.
