I came today for an appointment I made weeks ago and was told I had the wrong day. I wrote the appointment as I was speaking with the lady on the phone when she informed me my Neuro Ophthalmologist had passed away. You would think patients would have been informed of his passing just like if a Dr leaves an office we are informed by a letter. They then set me up with another Dr and I cane today. I have been coming here for years and every time I have to wait at least an hour for my appt. I don't understand why you can't schedule accordingly. But enough is enough I will be looking for a new place, only stayed this long because it was recommended by family. I understand being behind occasionally but not every day.
Left eye lens replacement, vision clearer before surgery. 11 months later still have chronic iritis that started after cataract surgery.
