They are all professional and treat you with compassion
This has been the best eye doctor I have been to in my life. They are compassionate and caring to each patient and provided me a pair of emergency contacts when I ran out in between appointments. The previous eye doctors I’ve been to would’ve told me they can’t do that or to wait and I told the doctor that and he was genuinely shocked that another doctor wouldn’t do the same. Keep up the good work!
My daughter had the most horrible experience with Dr. Knupp!!! She called me crying and extremely upset stating that he put his hands forcefully on my grand baby.. kept telling my daughter that there was nothing wrong with her eye very loadly.... and stern. She told him we already have a diagnosis and was told she needed to go see a specialist. It took her almost a year to get in.. and she drove from Toledo.
