Would have given this a zero if possible! Called all day- busy signal! Was sent an automated message about location in Bloomfield! They are long gone! This practice is no longer in that building or anywhere! Beware!

I saw Dr. Zachs for a rather routine procedure in April of 2022. Upon leaving, I was instructed to follow-up with the office in a few weeks to determine if a second procedure would be necessary. I called several times but was unable to get through to anyone. I left messages requesting a callback, but nothing. I then received an email that I had an outstanding balance due, and that a paper copy would be mailed to me. Weeks went by, no bill in the mail so I decided to call the office to follow-up. I have tried for a week to schedule an appointment. I have been hung up on twice on different days, once I was hung up on and they turned on the answering service so I couldn’t call back (this was 4:15 pm and they close at 5). I have also sat on hold for over 90 total minutes. Still no appointment. I’m sure the front office is under staffed or over worked, but still a 1 star experience.
