I’m changing my 5 star to 2 stars not because of the provider I see, Erin Simmerman, she is awesome, kind and compassionate. However the phone system they changed to for someone working is horrendous. You cannot get an appointment. You cannot talk to Someone directly at office and are on hold for a long period of time. This is extremely frustrating to anyone who has been through this with doctor/Derm offices . Erin accommodated me. But without her going out of her way to do that I would have left this office. Fantastic experience. The PA, Jincy listened to my concerns and addressed everything. I highly recommend this practice.
New patient after relocating and finding the wait times at a different new dermatologist too much to bear. Online booking was easy, and I got an appointment within 2 days. Did standard paperwork at check in but I really wish this could al be sent in email ahead of time or be filled out online and signed I the office. New patient paperwork is a good bit of stuff. Updated review: It has become impossible, absolutely impossible to contact anyone via phone or their useless patient portal. I need to contact a particular person who deals with biologic prescription renewals. I even have her extension. There is no way to dial into her extension now (used to be). Am only offered a general delivery mailbox to leave a message. So damn frustrating. terrible patient service. PLUS, there is no way to call directly into the office you visit.
