After having a nightmare of an experience with Western Dental, we weren't looking forward to our appointment today... thankfully, we were blessed with the most amazing staff! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a friendly gal working the front desk. Dr Jhang was patient and knowledgeable... all was fantastic, but our experience with our incredible and compassionate dental assistant LaLa had confirmed that we were where we were supposed to be. If you’re looking for an honest professional, then this is the place. The doctor does outstanding work (shots included), his assistant Lala takes time to communicate and make sure you’re OK, and Berta in the office actually explains your bill and schedule. I drive in from out of town because my peace of mind is worth it.
The service was very great. There were very non logical and the dentist office was very clean and the staff was very nice. I recommend anyone to go there
