My appointment was for 10 am and I arrived at 9:50. They didn't call me back until 10:45 Almost an hour I waited. No one else in lobby and no other patients. What the heck are they doing back there? Every time I go its at least as 30 minute wait or more. Not happy. A cleaning used to take 45 minutes tops. Now it takes like two hours. This is not right making customers wait this long.
