I had been taking my daughter to ADG for a year. She was constantly pressured to get crowns that her PCP did not approve of with her allergies to metals. Dr. Smyle was going to do them anyway. Reason being the overlay composites he kept replacing weren't staying on. My daughter has full dental coverage but I ensed up paying hundreds several times. Had new dentures made here. They are not right and Dr Smyle couldn't make them right. Referred me to a specialist which I had to pay for out of pocket and they still don't fit right. I see a trip to Canada in my future because they know how to make dentures there and they cost less.
I came to this dentist office because I changed jobs and my new carrier. changed. I had to have crown put on and they took control of the insurance and what my co pay would be. The told me about $500, which I paid. yet they did not note the cap on my insurance and I end up owing another $420 for a $1,200 procedure. My other main problem is that when the dentist was setting my crown he altered pressure and set my crown in a cockeyed position. I wasn't able to close my mouth the tooth sat so high.
