RUN! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! AND DON'T LOOK BACK!! I have no complaints about the dentist or hygienists at this location. However, customer service is so bad it borders on abuse. It took two months to get an appointment. My calls were never returned. Because of the delay, I exceeded the one-year limit and had to pay for all new x-rays and a visit to the dentist. After a two-hour wait, I was told that my file had been "lost", leaving time for 18 new x-rays, but no time for the long-awaited clean and check, which was all I needed. ... read more
Very good work I received excellent treatment from Doctors Baskett and Kramkowski. Dr. K removed all of my uppers in 20 minutes (!) and Dr. B. perfectly fitted a temporary denture a few hours later. All in one day, with minuimum pain. They are true professionals.
Horrible I will never recommend or allow anyone I know go to this facility. The Hygienist is horrible. Her manners and technique or lack of. Where do they find such rude employees??!! Maybe they ought research who they hire and double check references. The same hygienist was fired at another dental office for her unprofessional-ism and poor skills.
Nothing to fear here. I recently took my elderly parent for several visits at this dental group. She is very sensitive, has multiple health issues that are aggravated by stress, and has a deathly fear of the dentist. Her first visit was with Dr. Wolfman who was kind enough but not as personable as Dr. Voreis, who made us feel very comforted and nurtured. My mom had no pain or complaints with any of her procedures, some of which were extensive and took several hours - this from a 77 yr old woman who usually cries like a baby ... read more
