The associates at this company are utterly unprofessional. When my cousin called to inquire about a listing that shared with her on ******, the receptionist who greeted her was beyond rude. She curtly informed my cousin that the property was no longer available. I was a resident at an apartment my husband and i where renting from Associated daybreak property managment, at the time we signed our lease we were in an emergency situation and needed a place to live as soon as possible, that being said..these people dont care about their tenants. We had many issues with our living conditions from mold, to leaking pipes, to having to complain multiple times about the garbage over flowing, they did nothing to resolve the matter, when i told them our toilet wasnt stable and was leaking water... read more
