Terrible renters. Will not work with you, will give you hoop after hoop to jump through just to rent. Especially if you are a new renter, they will not budge on Credit Demands, Rental History, or just a small family looking to rent. They will not even try to discuss anything like an extra down payment or deposit. Up to them I understand but Violet is the worst and beyond Rude. We rented for Associated/Daybreak for nine months and they were a pleasure to work with. They were proactive when we had maintenance requests and helped find a new renter when we had to break the lease early. We really liked the apartment in Yakima and were sad to leave. Strong recommendation to rent from them.
I think is the most decent company in town. They have always been good to me. I have kids and they have never said anything bad or charged me over because of my kids. Cassie is really nice.
We lived at an ADPM townhouse for about two years. ADPM was always super responsive - Cassie was great to work with! When we moved in, the place wasn’t spotless and she made note of that to ensure it would not impact the deposit. We did deep clean the place - much cleaner than when we moved in, but left a few spots of peeled paint from command strips and a few nail holes in the walls.
