I think is the most decent company in town. They have always been good to me. I have kids and they have never said anything bad or charged me over because of my kids. Cassie is really nice.
We lived at an ADPM townhouse for about two years. ADPM was always super responsive - Cassie was great to work with! When we moved in, the place wasn’t spotless and she made note of that to ensure it would not impact the deposit. We did deep clean the place - much cleaner than when we moved in, but left a few spots of peeled paint from command strips and a few nail holes in the walls. Very nice and professional people to do business with.The office staff are very helpful and kind and listen to one’s needs. Recommend this business to all who need their services.
Very unprofessional with maintenance. Lived here 5 years and the back door doesn't fit on the frame and of course they are trying to blame me for it. Black mold on it and cracking and they wanna use apoxy paint to fix it. What a joke🙄. I will not pay rent until fixed which they also raised the rent 100 dollars as of January 2024.
