Terrible renters. Will not work with you, will give you hoop after hoop to jump through just to rent. Especially if you are a new renter, they will not budge on Credit Demands, Rental History, or just a small family looking to rent. They will not even try to discuss anything like an extra down payment or deposit. Up to them I understand but Violet is the worst and beyond Rude.
