I was sitting in my car waiting for them to open at 9 o’clock. I seen everyone go in. I guess the manager wanted to know when I was there for she came to my car and asked me how could she help me and I’m telling her that I’m a member and I need to get a new card before she even went inside the building. She had already told me that the card machine was down however she didn’t know that I had called the bank and they said that it was up as of this morning. I've been a member of this bank for over 12 years and had two loans since being a member. I paid them off ahead if time with no issues so I was disappointed about the hassle and distrust when dealing with Kevin and other bank representatives. I had a disgusting experience and will no longer do business with Assiocated Credit Union (ACU) and will not recommend any family or friends to do business with them. Great customer service!
It is so difficult to transfer money from outside accounts. Their online platform is always under construction. You have to drive to the brick and mortar buildings in order to make the smallest transaction. And half the time when you do, their atms are broken. They say they are open until 1pm on Saturdays. That is a lie.
Always friend and helpful go beyond their jobs. I appreciate them thank you and thank you for helping me through some rough time. God bless you.😇
