Left me essentially high and dry without access to my money or a way to get it. Solution to a suspicious charge was to just cancel my whole debit card instead of putting a stop payment and investigating the individual charge. No hours or atm interaction I could utilize to get my money or a new card. Would not courtesy wire or ach instantly my money (through their own funds or plaid). Number of location and hours kept just does not work for a busy person. Mobile app essentially does not work. Weekend support is beyond useless... read more
I was sitting in my car waiting for them to open at 9 o’clock. I seen everyone go in. I guess the manager wanted to know when I was there for she came to my car and asked me how could she help me and I’m telling her that I’m a member and I need to get a new card before she even went inside the building. She had already told me that the card machine was down however she didn’t know that I had called the bank and they said that it was up as of this morning.
