Great customer service!
It is so difficult to transfer money from outside accounts. Their online platform is always under construction. You have to drive to the brick and mortar buildings in order to make the smallest transaction. And half the time when you do, their atms are broken. They say they are open until 1pm on Saturdays. That is a lie.
Always friend and helpful go beyond their jobs. I appreciate them thank you and thank you for helping me through some rough time. God bless you.😇
I called the Marietta location to settle a payment. I understand I called when they first opened (9:06am to be exact) but to continuously pick up the phone and then hang it up is so unprofessional and annoying. Then on the third call some one answered and asked me why I couldn’t do the payment online which frankly should be none of their concern if I’m calling in to pay anything… but she then proceeds to tell me I will be transferred but again, I get hung up on.
