They make make every transaction as painful as possible they are some of the smallest minded human beings I've ever met, they do things backwards and have done so for years will be closing this account very soon

My experience is horrible if something happens on the weekends or after hours you cannot get anything taken care of you have to wait till business hours so in the meantime, you’re without money it’s just a bad way to do business the other issue. I’m having with ACU if I tried to open a business account and they refused me a business account based on my credit what does that have to do with opening a business account? I’m trying to strive here.
