Never had any banking issues over the years. I saved money on a car refi about 10 years ago. Other than the odd card replacement, a good recommendation all around. The location in Decatur can get busy but the staff is very vigilant
Shame on them giving an old lady an extremely hard time. I was privy to this episode today. This nice lady was trying to wire funds to a local business and they were seemingly pushing her around for 2 days. The local business owner was trying to help her out but was being pushed around. It seems like the bank hid not have the funds to transfer so they were scrambling to get the funds and meanwhile delay the customer. I truly feel sorry for their customers.
I Found the team at the Freeman Street Associated Credit Union in Decatur, Ga to be very helpful. The Branch Manager Alette Battle and staffer Deloris, goes above and beyond the call of duty. So happy to have a friendly branch like this in our community!!
Terrible experience. Don’t even bother calling cause they refuse to help with anything. They just say to do it online.
