I always have to message to get my rewards. This time the lady tells me I have only had my rewards scanned one time but have been to the store 4 and made purchases everytime and the ladies have scanned the barcode on the app. They just keep telling me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. So again I do not get my reward. No more shopping at Joann for me!!!
Unfortunately they referred to a Military Discount as a coupon for which they where not honoring today . Went to Michaels and they always honor the Military with a 15% discount on all items everyday

Had my daughters 8th birthday here. It was amazing, and all the girls had a great time.
Cutting counter ladies extremely rude! Don't spend your hard earned money at this location.
