Should have listened to the reviews and not go here. Due to miscommunication on their part a surgery was cancelled then they could not reschedule for another three months then said oh sorry we can't do it for another four months. Takes no accountability, when you speak to one person they seem to blame their partnering practices. Also was impatient with my 75 year old mother with hard of hearing and cataract; instead of kindly communicating to adjust her head; they forced her head to move accordingly with their hands. Today is June 30th. I was waiting for one month for the availability. I was supposed to have my first appointment and I was 20 min late because I was lost and driving 29min from my area. Then, immediately they say I have to reschedule and wait until August.No one asked me about my eye current condition. They are literally managing good money with elderly customers not patients. So sorry about that mentality.
Dr. Wingo is very thorough and explained what was going on with my eye. I really like him!
The office is always in chaos. I sat for over an hour while every other person went in did their business and left. When I asked when I was going in I was given a “you are next” 10 minutes later they called me. I asked why I was getting texts for some one else and when I showed her as she asked, she said “oh I get those from my dentist.”
