Had to cancel my appointment in September.Was given another appointment for October 27 at 9:30. When I arrived was told I did not have a appointment.The girl was very rude!! Will never go back here!!!
Worst service in Ocala! I went to make an appointment and the answer I got from front desk was “I’m too busy to be doing this right now” leave your papers and will call you for an appointment! Never called me back! I think there are better ways to treat patients. Will never come back neither recommend this place at all!
My wife went in for glasses and they insisted on her trying contacts. I guess they never looked at her like to see that she had macular degeneration. After waiting for over 2 weeks for her to try these contacts, we found that they did not order the correct prescription. They blamed my wife. Jennifer should not be working with people. She has a horrible attitude. She yelled at my wife and then she yelled at me the next day when we tried to straighten it out the next day. She refused to let us talk to her supervisor.
Should have listened to the reviews and not go here. Due to miscommunication on their part a surgery was cancelled then they could not reschedule for another three months then said oh sorry we can't do it for another four months. Takes no accountability, when you speak to one person they seem to blame their partnering practices. Also was impatient with my 75 year old mother with hard of hearing and cataract; instead of kindly communicating to adjust her head; they forced her head to move accordingly with their hands.
