I was able to get in and out in a matter of minutes! I love the kiosk in the waiting room that allows you to check in and scan your ID and insurance card. You are also able to schedule appointments online which is great. Erika took my blood and she was kind, attentive and quick! I didn’t feel it at all and there was no bruising!! She’s a pro!!!
My wife scheduled a blood draw at the ACL lab on Park Ave., Dunkirk NY. She arrived 15 minutes early, checked in online and was told that she could come in to the building for her blood draw. She walked up to the door and the door was locked. A gentleman walked up to the door and advised her that the lab was closed and that he was there to change the locks on the door. Had bloodwork and a urinalysis done this morning. Easily the quickest I've ever had to wait! Was in and out within 15 minutes. Plus it's right next to my doctor's office
It was easy for me to make a same day appointment and check in was easy for me as they have a self check in kiosk, staff is friendly and quick, environment is clean, and I love the new location it's more spacious than the last!
