It's been a few years, but I used this company and the Jeldwen product for two custom doors and a custom window. Doug Gilmore was the guy who assisted me and after installing three custom doors (one not JeldWen) and my window, I can tell you that the problem is usually with the contractor. Wrong measurements, inability to install correctly, my list can go on and on.
