The worst of worst. They totally ghost tenants that need repairs. From day 1 they didn't even have all the keys to our unit. I would never rent from any property they managed again.

I highly suggestion looking for other companies to rent from. Getting things fixed in your apartment, not likely. Communication with staff or property manager, impossible. Want to get your deposit back in a timely manner or the complete deposit after leaving an impeccable apartment? Don't even think about it. I lived in one of their properties for over a year and never once had a pleasant or easy experience with the property management.
