Writing this very frustrated with ABH. My therapist was 30mins late to first appointment. Made the second one from his car at his son's football game bc he forgot about scheduling appointment. 4th appointment was cancelled maybe an hour before our scheduled time. And today another no show. I was very clear about wanting a regular time slot weekly that was never received, always a different time and different day. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Sam Bolin, Richard Haber and Cynthia Glover-Singleton over the years. Very professional and thorough interactions and care. The office support staff is always responsive and has helped me sort out billing issues promptly. This practice is able to offer appointments fairly quickly and has the option of telehealth, which is always nice with busy schedules. ABHSM has always been there for our family when we've needed it the most!
It pains me to write this review because up until my recent interactions I had nothing but positive experiences. This place turned out to be a nightmare. If you value your stability, keep far, far away I received wonderful treatment originally with David Blackburn and David Mgawi, and later Pat Reuppert and Cynthia Glover-Singleton.
