Everybody here is unprofessional, from the counselor, to the office “director/manager”. The counselor S.J. crossed the line, went back and forth with me and made me feel defensive, and questioned my parenting decisions - all of this in front of my child. The office manager Jessica is rude and spoke over me when I was trying to explain the situation. Edited to add: Sam B. (owner), feel free to contact me for my experience. I had a lot of issues with the communication at this place over the past few years. Numerous times I've requested refills on my medications only to have them run out and the provider tell me they never got my messages. I've been charged for therapy visits that were canceled and no one ever responds to messages to please check on this. The last time I called and spoke to a person about scheduling therapy with someone who was available on my days off I had to keep repeating myself about the only day I can see someone and that ... read more
