Absolutely terrible! I called to make an appointment for my son and was met with the rudest receptionist. She wanted to argue with me over making an appointment for my legal child. My mother is an LPCC, I am outraged by the treatment to just schedule an appointment. Luckly, I called another place, that scheduled the appointment and treated me like a human. The greediest, most money hungry practice I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. They raised prices for paperwork 166% from one day to the next. Jocelyn Medina can’t even document accurately. Avoid at all costs.

SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS GIRLS Jessica is the worst gone she is rude and unprofessional she doesn't know what she's doing she just there to take you as a pice off nothing she doesn't care for the well bing of a person she is there to get a pay check por your boss thinking he has and exelent cordinado and she's is just making mistakes left and right I have all the conversation in text and she still acts like she's right that place doesn't care for customers service never going back the worst.

I have been with my therapist since 2023, and she has not only helped me progress and acknowledge and see my progress. This is the best I've felt in years with my history of anxiety, major depression and PTSD. My therapist is kind and gentle and helps me see outwardly perspectives which helps me process my emotions and triggers. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to be a patient with ABTS.
