Their ability to follow through and respond to phone calls is absolute garbage. Zero follow up, only a 40% chance of ever getting into contact with psychiatrist dept to request prescriptions be sent to pharmacy. This has been happening for a year. Call and call and call. Avoid this place at all costs! Just another unprofessional, money hungry business owned by an egoistic individual. Rosas and Lily Vacio are the worst “therapists” I have ever encountered! Waited months for an appointment and after I did, cancelaron after cancelation with the most useless therapy sessions Never again
It’s extremely important to know when you need care you have the right people and ABTS is the right place to go. My therapist Lizet Lizardo is such a great human being very patient understanding and helpful. Thank you for your services .
