Kind of amazing how bad this bank is, I almost feel like it's worth reporting their practices. First time having an auto loan with them and the experience after just 3 months has been a complete nightmare. If you are on autopay, then you don't receive statements - how shady is that? You can't pay more than your amount due if you want to pay off early. The whole "you don't get statements" is the straw that broke the camels back - that makes me completely wary of what they are doing.

Cheryl in the Auto Loan division was extremely helpful and pretty quick to solve my problem! It is also relatively easy to get ahold of a real person when calling for help.
Don't trust and don't go with.
