Honestly I have only gone in this bank one time and that WILL be my last. I politely asked for a roll of quarters with my twenty dollar bill in hand. Apparently, they require you to be an account holder to trade currency for a roll of quarters. This was no big deal to me…. it was the absolutely terrible attitude I received from the teller who informed me of this. Rude was an understatement. Nope! Onto the next.
