Their bank when you call never pick up the phone then the message says they have 24 hours to respond. That’s unacceptable for that type of service. You have to set up an appointment to change your name. All my other banks I can walk in and it can be done immediately. I recently had a bad experience I went and changed my name and ordered new checks with my name, I received my checks, noticed immediately that my name was not changed, and I had no checks.
