Horrible bank to deal with. They don’t listen to anything you say and push you into what they want, then proceed to ask the same questions for over a month wasting everyone’s times. Also very poor communication, waiting over a week for a response is completely ridiculous.
My experience, to try and receive 2800 dollars my mom has been dead since November, yet there holding , the money that was in that account for reasons un known...the manager was a short tempered and rude.. I suggest you find a better bank ASAP
Not a very friendly place. Tellers are cold and off putting. They need to be friendlier to clients and not act like they dislike being at work or when asked to do something, don’t make it seem like an imposition. No wonder they only have a 3.4 rating. Time for some customer service oriented training Associated Bank!
Everytime I walk into this branch of AB, my day gets a little brighter. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. You get the vibe that the staff really enjoy working there because the friendliness just radiates. I literally always leave that place with a smile and usually with a laugh as well. This is my favorite branch of AB by far.
