I sincerely hope that before doing business with this bank, you exhaust all other options first. This really should be a last resort & quite frankly you’d probably be better served using some online bank. Looks like the workers don’t want to work. Simply needed someone to help with my loan transfer, but they were sending me to my other bank to make this transaction. Even that I did this transfer before with online banking. Online banking have problems with transfers and duplicating payments. That’s why i decided to spot by. No help. Just waste of time . UPD. That phone number is a main line, don’t know who I need to talk to. By the way at the other branch in Roselle IL they were able to help my with this right away.
