I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I needed to close a CD during its grace period, and customer service instructed me to contact this branch. I called multiple times over several days during the grace period, but no one answered. I left voicemail after voicemail because the recording stated that someone would return my call within one business day. No one ever did. Horrible customer service from Elizabeth and manager. I have been a customer for over 25 years. I travel locally delivering because of my job so i stop in to get 100 dollars out. I give her my Drivers License and then she asks me for another form of ID and thats fine. I give her my business credit card with my name on it and business name. She takes off to the back office where i assume the manager is. She spends 10 mins in the back talking to whoever it is she had to run my tranaction by to make sure it was me.
