We've been with Associated Bank Savage since we opened, and I can say it was one of our best decisions. From opening accounts to hosting business learning sessions, the team of Holli, Lisa, Savannah, and Kirsty have been with us every step of the way. Their hospitality, ability to go above and beyond, and get things done is unmatched. We would recommend them at the highest level.
Worst customer service
Spaciousness, quicker service and convenience
I stopped into the lobby with a deposit slip filled out and ready to make a deposit. I stood waiting for someone to help me for 10 minutes. Nobody was in line in front of me. There were three people that I saw working. One was helping the drive thru, 2 were in offices. Nobody was dealing with another customer and nobody came to help me for 10 minutes. So, I left and went to the Burnsville branch that actually pays attention to its customers.
