Awful. Absolutely awful.
Katherine Yalda has always been helpful to me and my husband while working with and through her to build our dream home. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected occurrence, we decided not to build and rather sell the land and plans. Once again, Katherine assisted me through all of that. I couldn’t be more thankful to her and the HOA for assisting me through some unexpected and tough times.
ALL HOA's are terrible but this one is the absolute worst. Increases fees without any notification and then charges late fees, changes mailing address multiple times throughout the year, and then charges late fees, holds my checks until the 1st to deposit, and then charges late fees, HOA FEE is now $270 A month for WHAT?! A POOL without a bathroom and NO landscaping or gates that work? This is not a Scottsdale HOA, $270/month come on? If you're thinking about buying in, don't! Terrible experience with this HOA company. Their lack of communication and professionalism is astounding. Trying to get in touch with them (Sharlene) is like pulling teeth, and when they do respond, it's with indifference and disregard. Avoid at all costs if you value any semblance of decent service. Would love to talk to someone from Corporate.
