My condos managed by AAM have been flooded as well as water intrusions. The to be completed repairs, have been completely mismanaged by AAM. On one property I cannot get a response from the Property Manager nor her boss. Emails with requests to clear out the gutter so the condo doesn’t get flooded again remain unanswered. Will not answer phone calls
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have had more terrible experiences with this company than good. From the customer service when calling in to the knowledge the advocates have to the decision boards when trying to waive a fee for someone else's mistake. They do not waive fees and they do not care if you're experiencing hardship. Thank you for showing me what corporate greed is.
