I am a newly elected board member and President, if I said my member skills were low, I would be bragging. But Destiny and AAM have guided me through the process and kept our development on the right track. They are available and knowledgeable and because of them, our development is in very good shape. I would highly recommend AAM, they know their business.
I'm not sure what my community is paying this company for, but it certainly isn't responding to homeowner inquiries. 1/5 stars is far too generous. Avoid!
Poor services. I just don’t like the way they treated Residents in one word. Raising prices without upgrading the community and much more…..
Destiny Phillips is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I have multiple properties managed by other management companies and I wish they had an administrator with the same level of business acumen and professional ethics.
The AAM Tucson office is a very professional HOA management organization. As a resident and past board member, my experiences have been very rewarding. Courtney Fuller, our Community Manager, is knowledgeable, patient and understands homeowners very well and that is most appreciated!
