During the recent heavy rains, water leaked into my basement through the sidings and walls. I put up a maintenance request but the contractor assigned was delaying the repairs due to prior commitments. I requested the president, Mr. Chaundy if he could expedite the repairs as the delay could lead to mold formation. Mr. Chaundy, very kindly, detailed another company which responded immediately to undertake the work. Thank you AAM and thank you Mr. Chaundy
So far, so good! Very responsive!
Be sure to pay on time. Otherwise they'll threaten you with legal action after a week, despite their online system not working half the time. Do your due diligence, these guys took over a couple of years after I bought my house.
This company is a poor excuse for the property management business ; would give them a big “ZERO” if I could . Fail at necessary communication . Fail at bringing needed services in a timely manner , lack luster skills / knowledge and abilities by their staff. Avoidance management style ! 😣
