The only reason I give this entity one star is because I can't give zero and post a review. I had surgery at the end of December. The company billed my insurance for services at the end of January and was paid, leaving a small balance. The first time I received any indication of an outstanding amount due was a text sent in March asserting "you have a past due statement for services related to your procedure" with instructions to click a link in the text. General anesthesia was required during my short knee surgery. Dr. Liu did an excellent job explaining everything ahead of time with a kind and reassuring tone, as well as providing same care in the operating room (at least as long as I was awake lol). He didn't rush thru the convo and I felt like I was his sole focus for the short time we were speaking. I'd been under a number of times before so it wasn't new to me; however, had I been someone going under the first time, he would have put me completely at ease.
My anesthesiologist Dr Moore was very informative and put me at ease. Answered all the questions that concerned me. Thank you
