Horrible, horrible customer service experience. Called in to make an appointment and Marcy was assisting me. Needed to provide much more information upon scheduling the appointment compared to other places, which I’m fine with. However if I didn’t answer her questions immediately, she was very rude about it and saying for me to call back when I have all the info. Amazing, amazing allergy office. The medical assistants, nurses, and doctors all provide exceptional care. Whenever I have called regarding appointments or medication, the request is taken care of in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this office!
