Met by salesperson Ward who was very helpful. I will actually be returning to make a purchase.
We had our carpets cleaned by Tristan Schepers this past Tuesday. We were extremely happy with the results. Tristan did an excellent job! He listened to our concerns and requests and followed through with them. Going forward, we will always request Tristan for our carpet cleaning needs!
We used Abbey/Royal twice in two years. First time was a great experience and price. Second time, not so much. Price was much higher than anticipated for just one room, but I get the inflation. During install they Damaged two corner beads in a brand new room, as well as two sections of trim. I called him and only wanted to be reimbursed for the corner.
