Cancelled appointment for patient of 2 years a week in advance as she is retiring the appointment was booked 6 month in advance surely she has known it for more then a week. Not allowing enough time to source the medication she was supposed to re prescribe. Unprofessional she only cared about the $400-$500 she charges for the 15 minute consultation.
