I have suffered from Hyperhidrosis for many years and I have always felt so ashamed of it, up until my first consultation with Dr gin. He was all ears and made me feel nothing less than comfortable and reassured. All the staff at the clinic were lovely and accommodating. I can’t believe the reviews that have been written here. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to those in need of a comfortable practice.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Chan, who is very calm, polite, and has prescribed medicine that helped fix my skin issue, but I have had a bad experience with the reception process here. on 21 May 2025 at 11.15am. I have been to Dr Alex Gin a number of times for psoriasis. He is an excellent physician and has helped me greatly with my severe problem. He is lovely to talk to and really listens to my concerns. Very happy with his service. Maree Read
