Prof. Baker is exceptional in his field and demonstrates outstanding professionalism and kindness. However, the receptionist's behavior was disappointing to say the least. I hope Prof. Baker can provide her with the necessary support to overcome her horrible attitude. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Prof. Baker for his expertise and compassionate care.
