Called to request an appointment and had a very rude experience with the front desk giving me attitude and telling me to look online. I guess they don’t actually want any new customers? They could use some training on dealing with people because it sounds like they hate their job.
Dr Shepp’s team was wonderful for my cataract surgery ! I was very nervous and dr shepp was very calming and the surgery was seamless and quick . I would like to give extra thanks to Tamika who was helpful when I found out my pharmacy ran out of prednisone drops and I was frantic about what to do and where to find another place. I must have call her a zillion time for help!
I’ve had an excellent experience with Associate Ophthalmologists and can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shepps and the entire team, especially Tamika and Yvonne. Even when the office is clearly busy and under pressure, they maintain a smooth, considerate, and welcoming practice. Arrived to the appointment 10 minutes early and waited for an hour to be seen. Staff was less than pleasant left as I could not wait anymore. I am sure they would not see a patient that was an hour late. I should also mention that I encountered rudeness on the phone as well. Multiple reviewers note how unprofessional the staff is, too bad this practice tolerates this kind of employee behavior. No doubt it is costing them money and reputation.
