I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to confirm an upcoming appointment with this practice. When I called, the staff member who answered, asked who my appointment was with. I explained that the person who originally scheduled it hadn't specified the doctor's name. Horrible Experience – Be Very Careful About Unexpected Charges I strongly recommend that you understand your vision insurance coverage and all out-of-pocket costs before purchasing glasses or receiving services at this location. My experience was extremely frustrating because the costs and charges were not clearly explained to me upfront. Avoid this group. The doctors are fine - far from the best, but not bad - but the billing team is exceptionally dishonest. Twice, I've been charged for different services than I've received, and each time it's taken months of back and forth to correct. The billing team and the front desk have consistently been dismissive and aggressive. Save yourself the pain, and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. When you call to request an appointment, it’s like you’re asking them for money. The clinical staff is good, but the Front Desk could use some training and perhaps some basic awareness that they have a job because of their customers. A complete lack of humanity on the medical field. I will find a new ophthalmologist!

Doctor is nice, techs are the nicest, front desk is possibly the rudest, most curt and impatient front desk I've encountered at a doctor's office yet. Will not return solely for that reason alone. They made is difficult to ask basic questions and cut you off for trying to get clarification. Absolutely not with the hassle. ,
