Horrible customer service. When you call to request an appointment, it’s like you’re asking them for money. The clinical staff is good, but the Front Desk could use some training and perhaps some basic awareness that they have a job because of their customers. A complete lack of humanity on the medical field. I will find a new ophthalmologist!
Doctor is nice, techs are the nicest, front desk is possibly the rudest, most curt and impatient front desk I've encountered at a doctor's office yet. Will not return solely for that reason alone. They made is difficult to ask basic questions and cut you off for trying to get clarification. Absolutely not with the hassle. ,
I’ve been a long time client at Associate Ophthalmologists and wanted to share my great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and have been accommodating to meet my schedules needs. While I usually see Dr. Schepps - who is poised, professional, comforting - I have also seen Dr. Blackman who was efficient and listened carefully to my concerns. The receptionists have been equally welcoming, and I highly suggest this practice!
Called to request an appointment and had a very rude experience with the front desk giving me attitude and telling me to look online. I guess they don’t actually want any new customers? They could use some training on dealing with people because it sounds like they hate their job.
Dr Shepp’s team was wonderful for my cataract surgery ! I was very nervous and dr shepp was very calming and the surgery was seamless and quick . I would like to give extra thanks to Tamika who was helpful when I found out my pharmacy ran out of prednisone drops and I was frantic about what to do and where to find another place. I must have call her a zillion time for help!
