Communication is the worst. I have tried for over two years to get my account straightened. They tell me they will review and get back with me. This never happens!!!! Can the Waterford Subdivision get a new HOA?
This is nothing but a racquet can't even get a phone call without completely being ridiculous with them which I would never do
I can't wait to move. Our 3 year experience with them has been so awful. They never seem to know what's going on, getting anything repaired is a nightmare. We waiting 5 months for our garage door to be repaired, went an entire year without a workong dishwasher, had electical probelms still un adressed, went 4 days during the winter with no heat, the list goes on and on. Wish I could give zero stars. Extremely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with.
Zero communication, $$$... However, it takes well over a month to change a 5.00 light bulb at the entrance of the subdivision. 6 months after they started, real estate for sale signs became the most popular landscaping feature. Neighborhood paranoid about accidentally leaving their trash can out overnight for fear of getting a naughty letter. First HOA I have ever been involved with. Constantly sends erroneous violation letters. For example today I am missing siding. (I am not by the way) Can't seem to keep common areas kept up. I love my home but not the association that comes along with it. Definitely a factor in why I would like to relocate. They love to send notices. But never quick to answer the phone or call people back.
