If I could give this company a "-0 rating," I would.  As a homeowner in a development managed by L&N, I have had nothing but problems with their management.  I finally sold my house and moved to another community.  However, due to their negligence, I am owed about $1100.00 from them in overpayments.  I was able to reach someone a few weeks ago who said my account did show a credit.  However, what good is a credit if I'm no longer living in one of their communities?  The woman agreed to send the request for processing, and th... read more

I would like to thank you C-Era team for assisting me with all my requests in a timely manner. Especially I would like to thank Da'Linda Ramcharan, the Community Manager, who always promptly replied to my emails, and assisted in many cases. I feel that she is the Heart of C-Era office. I called today and was quite frustrated. My water was turned off due to a leak.  Turns out it is leaking from a pipe that leads up to the meter.  I could not get anyone to answer the phones, email, or messages in the app.  When I finally got through to someone a few hours later I was told I could ONLY speak to Pam Walker but she’s in a meeting, and not available.  I caller MULTIPLE times and she finally answered.  Doesn’t know the answer though, keeps telling me she isn’t familiar with  my property and “believes the answer i... read more

Our association used Burg for quite a while and their services have been less than stellar. Very poor communication and no follow through with high turnover of employees. I absolutely would not recommend that your association use them.

I would not recommend an HOA community to hire HRW to manage their property due to the following reason: The HRW accounting back office cannot be relied upon to cut a check within a week or 2 of being requested.  Currently we have vendors, member volunteers and member facility use deposits waiting for checks for months. And because they don’t want the HOA to have a petty cash box, it makes small disbursements problematic.
