We have been homeowners since 2015. Since our HOA has started to be managed by Associa, things have got really worse. We have had 2 raises in dues yet our services are less and problems linger. Back in April 2025, we all raised concerns about broken irrigation pipes. Cases have been closed multiple times regarding the problem without any resolution.
