They do not respond to emails, they do not answer the phone, they do not call back and it has been 4 months and they have sent 1 payment and have made up countless excuses and will not do what they are supposed to do when the invoice is sent and approved. Every time you call, no one answers the phone. You leave a message, and it takes days before someone responds back. Terrible customer service.
