Because they are loyal and got my back when I'm sleeping or awake
Associa Northern California is horrible. They manage the complex I live in, Walnut Orchards. They are never available, even during normal business hours. (9-5 Monday - Friday). They also take 1.5 hour lunches every day. They place a note on the door that they are "out of the office," whether it is for a company event, lunch, or whatever, I don't care.
