New to the complex and have been trying to get someone to help with questions and it's been over 3 weeks and still no response. Have emailed several times and called and still no response.
Terrible.
This organization DOESN'T deserve the singular star. The Poughkeepsie office is UNRESPONSIVE to Resident concerns. They couldn't even be bothered to "Properly" fix the pump/filter issues with the community pool. All that seems to be happening is trial/error and delay upon delay....Here it is,the middle of June with temps in the 90s and STILL NO POOL! Perhaps that's their ultimate agenda..
Our Site manager, Frank J., has been outstanding (10 star)since he has taken over. When Frank says he is going to get something done, it gets done on time, unless he needs approval from management above. He stills follows up until they get it done ASAP. Our community has been through 5 site managers and I blame the management above in the office for this turnover. Right now things are running smoothly, the way they should be, because of Frank.
I am new to this complex and did not have a very positive experience with management until I was lucky enough to connect with Sal Sinatra. Not only did he answer all my questions and help me with procedures, but he followed up with phone calls to keep me updated. I appreciated his caring attitude. I also appreciated how quickly he got back to me, and that he followed up on any concerns I have.
