We use to have RJB and were much happier. This Association is horrible!
I was doing an appraisal in one of the complexes they manage and I needed to know the number of tenant occupied units. I called three different numbers as I kept being redirected. The last guy I spoke to was hostile and unhelpful. He said he'd have his manager call me back and hung up on me. Manager never called me back. This is no way to serve the people who pay for your services every month. They have now held up the sale of the property.
I never had no problem with associate. The people were very nice and they responded to my questions.
New to the complex and have been trying to get someone to help with questions and it's been over 3 weeks and still no response. Have emailed several times and called and still no response.
Terrible.
