I would strongly advise any new communities considering an HOA management company to avoid this one. Our community is managed by Ty Slater and Ellyssa Aureus, and ongoing issues are not being resolved. We are repeatedly given conflicting or inaccurate information, and tickets submitted through the Town Square app are marked as “read” and closed without any action being taken. I recently contacted Elllysa Aureus for some HOA documents needed for an insurance claim. She responded in a timely and professional manner, was extremely helpful, and supplied the exact documents I needed.I was not expecting something this positive and was delighted at her response.
