Ever since our hoa picked these clowns our dues have gone up along with ridiculous charges like handling fees. They’ve done absolutely nothing to help improve things and are fighting with members about who is responsible to fix the community fence. Key word community. They picked a pool company to remodel the pool, we were told 3 weeks and it’s been over a month and the workers haven’t been back sinew week 1. Garbage company that’s not needed. Oh and our rep was drunk during a meeting.

I want to take a moment to express how much we appreciate the fantastic job that our community manager, Joseph Rivas, has done since taking over the management of Villages at Westgate. Joseph has been proactive and energetic in addressing a number of issues that existed in this community before he took over the community manager role. Joseph is committed to his job and is easy to get a hold of even in the evenings. Associa is not a reliable management company. Multiple times venders have not received checks after providing services. We were given excuses of checks staying in printers. Associa can be more affordable. They charge a lot of extra fees on top of our monthly payment. They are not quick to remove fees of residents when Associa is at fault. I would not recommend working with Associa as your HOA management company.
