I have been dealing with this HOA for 6 years now. I have caught them trying to fine me for violations without giving me 15 days (per our contract) to fix the issue. When they asked me where I was reading the 15 days, I told them that it was in the contract that has their signature on it. They acted like they had no clue. Then when they started fining me, none of the fine letters were certified (again, per the contract) to me.
