Do everything you can, to not buy a house where associa runs anything. They are like a school district, local government office, DMV, all rolled into one. Absolute lazy slobs work here. If you need help with something, don't bother. They outsource customer service line. Absolutely no one can't help you, give you an email address, or give you a phone number.
